Payment policy :
- Room rate includes 10% tax, 5% service charge.
- You may need to pay a deposit of 50% of the room rate in advance when booking directly with the hotel.
Check-in/check-out policy:
- Check-in: from 14:00hrs
- Check-out: 12:00hrs
- Early check-in: subject to room availability.

- Children under 6 years old or under 1.5m tall are free if sharing bed with parents.
- Children over 1.5m tall or adults sharing an extra bed: extra bed fee of 276,000 VND/person/night without breakfast or 276,000 VND/person/night with breakfast included. Only Deluxe rooms and above are allowed 1 extra bed/room.
Cancellation/change policy:
- If you cancel or change your reservation 03 days before the check-in date, there will be no charge and the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel or change your reservation within 03 days before the check-in date or do not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.
