PAYMENT METHODS

First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in the payment policy on the hotel's website. To secure the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.

The hotel accepts online payment of international cards (Visa, Master, JCB...), domestic payment cards and bank transfer. According to the online payment policy, the hotel's room price does not include transaction fees of banks. Therefore, please note that when paying online, the transaction fee will automatically be added to the total payment to secure your reservation.

Please carefully review the following terms before making online payments on the website:

1. PAYING BY INTERNATIONAL CARD AND LOCAL CARD THROUGH VTC PAYGATE
VTC PAYGATE is our partner, supporting a fast and secure online payment. You can fully pay for the reservation on the website by international and domestic cards. Online transaction fees will be calculated as follows:
• If you pay by international card (Visa, Master, JCB...), the transaction fee is calculated at 2.8% of the total transaction amount + 5,500 VND (*)
• If you pay by international card (Visa, Master, JCB...), the transaction fee is calculated at 1.1% of the total transaction amount + VND 1,760 (*)
(*) Transaction fees are automatically included in the total payment amount for each transaction.
